Call for Applications- National Aboriginal Council on HIV/AIDS

The Public Health Agency of Canada is pleased to announce a call for membership applications for the National Aboriginal Council on HIV/AIDS (NACHA) to fill vacant positions.
NACHA is a council that provides Aboriginal-focussed, unbiased, non-partisan, evidence-informed and strategic expert advice to the Public Health Agency of Canada (Agency) and First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB) of Health Canada. It is comprised of 10 individuals with broad and collective expertise on HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C and related health factors such as sexually transmitted infections, tuberculosis, aging/seniors and mental health as they affect Aboriginal Peoples.
If you have experience, knowledge and expertise in any of the following areas, you are encouraged to apply!
· Aboriginal issues
· hepatitis C
· mental health
· public health/primary health/research
· sexually transmitted infections

The deadline for membership applications is Wednesday, November 19, 2014. Please submit your application to firstname.lastname@example.org.
